Our Leadership

PRESIDENT

Rick Wade, a native of Montana, was raised as a military “brat." He has lived all over the world, including assignments in the Philippine Islands, France and Italy. Following in his father’s footsteps, Rick attended the United States Air Force Academy, graduating in 1970.  Later, he completed a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology at Stanford University.

Recently, Rick was asked if his military background was a factor in his success in the mortgage industry.

“Absolutely! When it comes to the military scenario, I speak the language. I’ve lived the experience peculiar to buying a home as a military member. I think military clients pick up on that.”

Rick has recently joined the ACHL team. He brings a wide spectrum of life and professional experience to the table. In the past year alone, Rick has closed over $36 million in mortgage loans and, over his career, helped hundreds of families realize their property ownership goals.
